Functieomschrijving
As a Packaging Operator, you are in charge of for keeping our automated packaging lines running efficiently and without interruption. You set up and fine-tune machines, monitor product quality, and resolve minor technical issues to maintain smooth production.
Key responsibilities:
- Set up, adjust, and operate packaging machines.
- Inspect packaging materials and machine settings.
- Troubleshoot minor technical faults and report larger issues.
- Perform visual and functional quality checks.
- Clean machines and perform light preventive maintenance.
- Record production data accurately in the system.
- Follow HACCP and safety guidelines.
You will work in a 3-shift rotation, ensuring that our stroopwafels are delivered fresh to customers every day.

We are looking for a reliable, precise, and team-oriented Packaging Operator.
You should have:
- Experience as a Packaging Operator or in a similar production role.
- Technical insight and a hands-on attitude.
- Good communication skills in Dutch or English.
- Flexibility to work in 3-shift rotation.
