Your Role as a Machine Operator

In this position, you make sure our production lines run smoothly every day. You set up machines, monitor their performance, and ensure the best product quality.

Your main tasks include:

• Preparing and setting up production machines;
• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting the process where needed;
• Quickly solving minor technical issues and reporting defects;
• Following hygiene, quality, and safety guidelines at all times;
• Actively contributing to efficiency and improvement projects;
• Keeping your workplace and equipment clean and well-maintained.

You’ll work in a 3-shift system, making sure production continues without interruption.

What We Expect from You

We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on team player with a technical mindset. You recognize yourself in this profile:

• MBO-level education or equivalent practical experience;
• 1–2 years of experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role;
• Good command of Dutch or English;
• Willingness to work in a rotating 3-shift schedule;
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude;
• Eye for detail, safety, and quality.
